Scope
This address is published as the EU economic operator contact for products placed on the EU market by PIXELQUALITY - LDA, and for any product listing on which these details appear as the responsible economic operator.
If you bought a product and this page is the contact shown on the listing or on the packaging, you are in the right place — write to us at the address above.
What we handle at this address
- Questions from consumers about the safety of a product.
- Requests from market surveillance authorities for technical documentation, declarations of conformity, or corrective action.
- Reports of a product that appears unsafe, mislabelled, or non-compliant.
- Cooperation on withdrawals and recalls, including notification through the Safety Gate portal.
Reporting a safety concern
Email [email protected] with the product name, the marketplace and listing (ASIN or URL) where you bought it, the batch or serial number if there is one, and a description of the problem. Photographs help. We acknowledge every safety report within one business day.
Authorities may also write to us in Portuguese, French or Spanish. Requests identified as coming from a market surveillance authority are handled in priority.
Acting as Responsible Person for other sellers
Our paid plans include an EU Responsible Person mandate for sellers who sell products under their own brand (they are the manufacturer). It takes effect only once the written mandate contract has been signed with PIXELQUALITY - LDA; until then, we do not act as Responsible Person for any third-party seller. For products of another brand that a seller resells, the responsible operator is that brand's manufacturer, and its contact is what should appear on the listing. To ask about a mandate, use the contact form.
This page is a statutory contact point, not legal advice. Regulation (EU) 2023/988 applies from 13 December 2024.
